Our reward scheme works similar to other schemes in the market place. When you have a service or an item of retail you will have points added to your account. The more you spend the more you earn. Unlike most of the other schemes you do not need to produce your card when you visit. We will add your points automatically.

Just collect your Loyalty Card when you leave the salon and start earning.

  • Reward cards are issued when either a salon service or a retail item has been purchased.
  • Reward points are not transferable from one client to another.
  • There is no need to present your card every time you visit the salon. points are awarded automatically for your convenience.
  • Reward Members accrue reward points every time they spend which can be redeemed against any Retail purchase.
  • Members can check how many points they have accrued every time either asking a team member or checking there receipt.
  • Points cannot be redeemed until a monitory value of £2.00 has been accrued.

How it Works

We offer several ways for clients to treat themselves to a pamper session on us.

  • Have an in salon service or purchase any item of retail.
  • Fill in the Client Feedback Form on our website.
  • Like & follow us on Social Media.

"In Salon Draw"

When you have a service at the salon or purchase a retail product, you will be given a raffle ticket for each service and each item of retail. There is no limit to the number of tickets, e.g. if you purchase 5 retail items you get 5 tickets.

On the first day of every month the raffle is drawn by a client for the previous months winning numbers. The winning ticket numbers will then be displayed at reception, shown on the in house information screens, posted on the website and emailed all clients who have given us there email address. "Click Here" to have the draw results sent to you by email. The lucky Clients at both the Brynmawr & Abertillery salon will each have £25.00 added to there salon account. Please Note* Your prize money must be used by the end of the month following the draw. This may then be used for any service or any item of retail.

"Client Feedback"

We like to think that as a salon we are able to deliver our usual, (and expected) high level of Service and Customer Care all day every day. We welcome All client feedback, "Good & Bad". Without the support of our clients, letting us know when we have got it wrong, it makes it more difficult to put it right next time.

We also like to know when we have got it right, it is always good for staff moral to have their skills and services acknowledged in a positive way.As a thank you, each client who sends us feedback will be entered into a draw. There is no limit to the number of times per month you send us feedback. The lucky winner will then have £25.00 added to their salon account. Like us on "Facebook, Twitter & Instagram"      

We update our Facebook, Twitter & Instagram pages regularly so clients can keep up with the current savings available with us. Each month everybody who "likes us on Facebook" or "Follows us on Twitter& Instagram " will go into a draw. The lucky person will have £25.00 added to their salon account. If you are not an existing client either pop into the salon, or send us your details "Click Here" and we will add them for you. This is not limited to new clients, each month everybody who is Liking us on facebook or Following us on Twitter & Instagram will be entered into the draw.
