We operate a strict policy on performing colour services. Allergy Tests must be performed at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. It may be performed some time before but no later than.

Allergy tests are booked in the same as any other appointment, this can be done by telephone, Abertillery 01495320256 or Brynmawr 01495 312600 or online via our online bookings page "Online Bookings".

If you "DO NOT" experience any reaction then please attend your appointment as usual.

If you "DO" notice a reaction, please let us know as soon as you are able before your appointment. We will then be able to discuss with you how to proceed.

If you have a severe reaction please contact your doctor or visit your local A&E department.

Once completed, your Allergy Test will be valid for 12 months unless any of your circumstances change regarding your Allergy Test Form. If they do, please contact us so we can perform another test.

We regret that only Allergy Tests performed at our salon will be valid for services with us.
You must be 16 years of age or older.

European Legislation will not permit anyone under the age of 16 to have a colour service.

Client waiver forms are also not permitted.
Normally yes you can, we offer a walk in service if we have an available appointment.

However, due to our COVID 19 procedures, you will not be allowed to just walk into the salon to make an appointment.

You may telephone and we will offer you the next available appointment which may be straight away or a little later.
With the exception of American Express, We accept all major debit, master and visa credit cards, Gift Cards purchased with us and Cash.

You may also Save Weekly, Monthly or whenever you choose. Money will be added to your account for you to use at your convenience.
Brynmawr

Free parking is available outside the salon and just opposite, limited to 2 hours.
Alternatively long term parking is available within a 2 to 5 minute walk depending which one you use in various parts of town.


Abertillery

Limited free parking is available opposite and just around the corner on Church street and Somerset street respectively.

Long term parking is available in the Multi story car park (2 minute walk) or near the Foundry Bridge (5 minute walk.

Please Note*

Traffic Wardens patrol both Abertillery and Brynmawr periodically.
All services are non-refundable, however, we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service at no further cost.

The service must be a mistake from the service provider... not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed).

In the case of a disagreement, the team member will discuss it with a manager who will decide on a mutual way forward.

The time frame for letting us know you are dissatisfied with your service is no later than 48 hours after your service has been completed.  Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past initial service date.


Returning goods bought online!
We ask that they are returned within 28 days of delivery,, unused, in perfect condition and in their original unopened packaging. Goods returned to us that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you at your cost (normally our standard delivery charge). The original delivery charge cannot be refunded.

Returning goods bought in salon!
We ask that they are returned within 7 days of purchase, unused, in perfect condition and in their original unopened packaging along with the purchase receipt. 
We will then offer an exchange or refund at your request.
Whilst it is rare, occasionally clients feel unhappy with their service. We Pride ourselves, and are Proud of our excellent customer service in all areas, your complete satisfaction is our goal. If you are unhappy with any or all of your service, mention this to your team member. They will work with you to resolve any issues until you are completely satisfied.

We believe in offering the personal touch. We offer FREE advice to anyone who requests it. This is best achieved by booking a Free No Obligation Consultation with one of our team members. This may be done by telephone  Abertillery 01495 320256 or Brynmawr 01495 312600.

We would prefer you let us know before you leave so we may discuss your concerns and hopefully rectify them there and then.
However, if this is not the case, we would 
Kutz N Kurlz reserves the right to refuse entry or services to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behaviour to any team member, or client within our salons.
We understand that due to busy schedules you may have to cancel or rearrange an appointment with us.

In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we ask that you notify us of a cancellation or reschedule request at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

This will help us fill the appointment.

If an appointment is re-scheduled or missed on 3 separate occasions within the 24 hours leading up to your appointment, we reserve the right to refuse future bookings, however, you may turn up and be serviced as a walk in.
Appointments that are missed or cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the start of your service on 3 occasions, may result in a No show charge equivalent to 100% of the cost of services you were booked in for. Going forward,  a 50% deposit will be required before you an book your next appointment.
Please be courteous to our Team Members, and other clients. We understand that sometimes circumstances mean that you may be running late for your appointment. We will off course do our best to accommodate this, however, depending on how late you are and the team members daily appointments, you may be required to reschedule for another time.

Please contact us as soon as you are able, we will then be better placed to accommodate your appointment.
We are proud to be a family friendly salon for children of any age.

We offer a children's menu for age 9 and under. Children aged 10 and over will choose from our main service list.

Children aged 13 or under must be accompanied by an adult at all times when in the salon.
We are not able to perform any services on anyone who knowingly has Head Lice. If when having the service done Head Lice are found, we will discreetly inform you. We will then re arrange your appointment giving time for the Head Lice treatment to take affect.
