📅 Booking an Appointment

1.     For services which take over 1.5 hours or £99 and above, a £25 booking fee or 25% of the service total will be required.

2.     This fee will be held on your account and applied toward your final bill - subject to our cancellation policy*.

🔄 Changing or Cancelling an Appointment

1.     We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

2.     Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a 50% charge of the original service total.

3.     Future appointments following a late cancellation will require prepayment.

🚫 Missed Appointments (No-Shows)

1.     Appointments missed without any notice will be marked as a no-show.

2.     No-shows will be charged 50% of the original service total and future appointments must be prepaid in full.

⏰ Running Late?

1.     If you're running behind, we’ll always do our best to accommodate you.

2.     However, if you are more than 5 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service to avoid delays for others.

3.     Please note: if a full service is no longer possible, the original service charge will still apply.
