Wedding Booking Policy
We are honoured that you have chosen or are considering our salon to be part of your wedding preparations. To ensure a seamless experience, please review the following policy which governs all bridal bookings.
1. Bridal Bookings
Wedding bookings are accepted for the bride only and must include both a trial appointment and wedding day services.
Bridal party members can be added and do not have to book a trial [although we would advise this as a planning consideration]
2. Booking Fee
A non-refundable booking fee of:
£25 if the booking is for Bride only is required to secure the wedding date.
£50 booking fee is required for bookings of 3-5 people.
£100 booking fee is required for bookings of 6 or more people.
This fee will be deducted from the total cost of the bridal package/s.
3. Payment Terms
The outstanding balance for bookings must be paid in full no later than seven (7) days prior to the wedding date.
The trial appointment must be paid for in full by the date of the trial.
Failure to make payment within the required time frame may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of the booking fee.
4. Trial Appointments
All bridal trials must be conducted no later than fourteen (14) days before the wedding date.
The purpose of the trial is to finalise the desired bridal look and confirm suitability of chosen styles and make up looks. This ensures you are able to explore various style options until you are completely satisfied.
(Please note* Trials are based on 1 hour time slots, exceeding these times may incur additional costs)
5. Cancellations and Amendments
Cancellations made less than seven (7) days before the wedding date are non-refundable.
Any amendments to the booking, including changes to date, time, or location, will be subject to availability.
6. Agreement
By submitting the booking fee, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Wedding Booking Policy.
